Bought it direct from Grizzly in late 2012, as part of a conscious effort to upgrade my shop and get serious about this hobby. It was delivered to the garage of the house in Roswell. Getting it into the basement shop alone was an adventure. I rolled it down the side hill to get it into the basement door on a dolly, by myself. It fell over in the yard. Nothing broke. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than smart. Since getting the roller base put together and installed, installing the power cord, and factory blade, it's worked flawlessly. I ended up putting in a pair of 220 V 30 A lines into the basement of the rental house just to power this and my table saw.
